We will send the opportunity for you to evaluate against your own criteria. Once you've had a look, if you like what you see, you'll get the chance to invest in the opportunity. If you're not a fan, no problem! You can pass on any of our projects that don't fit your needs.
Acquisition
Once the property has passed our rigorous due diligence and funding has been secured, Kronos Group will complete the purchase of the property. We do everything from evaluation and negotiations, to securing the mortgage, right through to the legal work and final closing.
Stabilization
We will manage the optimization of the property from start to finish, performing strategic renovations where we need to increase rent and reduce building operational expenses. Your investment means you'll consistently get updates to keep you in the loop on progress.
Refinancing
Once the building has stabilized, showing a consistent profit, we refinance the property, returning your investment plus your share of the profits to you. You still own your share of the property and, if you like, you can reinvest in other exciting projects we will have on the go.
