Building Freedom

About our Founder

Born and raised in Toronto, David Shapiro hails from a software engineering background of over 15 years. This gave him the ideal skill set for finding hidden opportunities in even the most complex of datasets – making him the perfect real estate investor.

After a family health crisis in 2018, David chose to investigate opportunities which would allow him to build a brighter future and better provide for his family and loved ones. With a deep interest in real estate, and an in-born talent for investment, he put two and two together and founded Kronos Group.

Today, we bring his ideals to life with a real estate investment approach that pairs data insights and the human touch for instant and lasting results.
